Door to Door Caller

Door to Door Caller

Good Afternoon,

We have recently had reports of a Male making Door to Door calls in the Community, and would like to make you aware.

He advised that he was from a reputable company, however we believe this not to be the case.

Please be vigilant when in your homes, and ask to see the relevant identification before allowing them access to your home or belongings or contact the company if you would like further reassurance.

We have Crime Prevention advice available via the North Yorkshire Police website, and covers a variety of ways in which you can keep yourself and home safe.

If there is an ongoing issue, and you believe a crime has been committed - please call 999

Should you wish to speak with someone but don't feel you need immediate Police attendance, you can call 101 or report this via the North Yorkshire Police website.

Thank you,
