Cycle Thief returned to Prison

A bit of good news…. recently we arrested a prolific Cycle Thief in York, charged and remanded him with 2 X Cycle Theft with a combined value of £3,500, both stolen in August, one from Castlegate and the other from St Andrewgate in the City Centre. He was also charged with a additional Theft. As a result he was recalled to Prison.
