North Yorkshire Police are appealing for information following the theft of a vehicle and quad bike from a farm in the Healey area overnight (7/07/2027-08/07/20260

A silver Land Rover was stolen from a farm in Healey, along with a red Honda quad bike. The stolen Freelander was later recovered abandoned on a lane near Healey, close to the A6108 approximately 7.30am this morning.

Enquiries are ongoing and officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone who:

Saw suspicious activity in the Healey or Masham areas overnight.

Saw the Land Rover Freelander or a red Honda quad bike being driven or transported.

Has CCTV, dashcam, doorbell, or other footage that may assist the investigation.

Noticed any unfamiliar vehicles or persons around farms or rural premises during the night.
