Bike theft update

We’d like to provide an update regarding a recent bike theft in the area.

A pedal cycle was reported stolen on 25th June and officially reported to police on 26th June (Incident Number: 12260119164). Following enquiries, the bike was successfully recovered and returned to its owner on 28th June.

As part of ongoing investigations, three suspects will be interviewed in connection with offences of theft of a pedal cycle and handling stolen goods.

This is a great outcome and highlights the importance of reporting incidents promptly. We thank the community for their continued support.
