Theft from vehicle.

Police are appealing for information following a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred on Copperfield Close, Sherburn in Elmet on the night on Monday 22nd June 2026 between the hours of 11pm-Midnight.

Two individuals are believed to have targeted a Ford Kuga, gaining access and removing a number of items. The unknown offenders have also been seen to be trying car door handles of other vehicles around the area.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area at the time, or who may have CCTV, doorbell footage, or dashcam recordings that could assist the investigation.
