Appeal for information regarding multiple incidents of stolen tools and vehicle interference in the Richmondshire area.

We are investigating the theft of a phone charger from a motor vehicle which has been reported to us. It happened at 0200 hours on the 13th of June 2026 at Shawcroft Court, Richmond.

It is worth noting that over the weekend of the 13th and 14th of June 2026, North Yorkshire Police have had numerous reports of vehicles being interfered with in Richmond, where tools and personal belongings have been stolen.

Please ensure where possible your personal belongings are not on show, tools - where possible are removed from vehicle, and the vehicle is secure.
