Interference with a motor vehicle

We are appealing for information following an incident that occurred in the early hours of 21 May 2026 at approximately 00:30 hours. 

The incident took place on Barrowcliff Road, where three unknown youths attempted to steal a moped from a driveway. During the attempt, the suspects caused damage to the vehicle, including the mirror and steering lock.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area at the time, or who may have relevant CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell footage, to come forward.
