Cold Callers

Having received a report around midday today Tuesday 19/05 about a possible suspect male walking around Dale Grove in Leyburn , enquiries made revealed the male was one of six others who were on foot calling at properties in the local area in Middleham and Bellerby. The males were knocking on doors in the attempt to sell Resin drives on behalf of a company called Bespoke renovations. All males encountered have been spoken to and escorted out of the area.

North Yorkshire Police do not encourage Cold calling in the area and advise residents to not allow any unknown persons selling items or products into their homes . Any persons found Cold calling will be asked to leave the area.
