Horse Drawn Vehicles

North Yorkshire Police would like to make you aware that members of the Travelling community are likely to be using the road systems throughout North Yorkshire  whilst on their way to Appleby Horse Fair. There are likely to be a number of slow moving Horse drawn vehicle. Please be mindful to be patient when behind any Horse drawn vehicles and consider the road conditions carefully before overtaking. The Fair takes place from the 4th of June to the 10th of June
