Burglary Appeal – Cathcart Close, Whitley

Police are investigating a burglary at an unoccupied bungalow on Cathcart Close, Whitley, which is believed to have occurred between 5pm and 6pm on Saturday 18 April.

Significant damage was caused throughout the property, including extensive destruction to the bathroom, kitchen and windows. Taps were also left running, creating a serious risk of flooding.

Officers are appealing for any information that may assist the investigation. This includes CCTV, doorbell footage, or eyewitness accounts from the area at the relevant time.
