Recalled to prison: Have you seen this wanted man? 

42-year-old Timothy Horrigan has been recalled to prison for breaching his licence conditions the day after being released on 3 February 2026.

Extensive enquiries have been ongoing to locate Horrigan in relation to a non-molestation order.

We’re now appealing for your help.

We believe Horrigan could be in the Northallerton, Harrogate or Ripon areas.

He also has links to Hull and Bradford where he should be residing following his release from prison last week.

Horrigan is described as white, 42, 6ft tall, dark-coloured greying hair, with a medium build.
