INCIDENTS OF YOUTH-RELATED ASB IN TADCASTER

Over the last two evenings, police have received reports of youths throwing items at residential addresses in Tadcaster. While no damage has been caused, this behaviour has understandably caused alarm and distress to residents. Incidents of this nature can leave people feeling worried, unsafe, and in fear within their own homes, and this is completely unacceptable.

In response, officers have been carrying out active patrols this evening to provide a visible and reassuring presence in the affected areas. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and take appropriate action to identify those responsible.

We are now appealing for the public’s assistance. If you have witnessed any of these incidents, captured footage, or have information that could help us identify the individuals involved, please come forward.
