Important Message – Please do not ignore

Police are investigating a burglary in your area that occurred on Sunday 4th January 2026 sometime between the hours of 14:00 - 16:00 at Barton Primary School, where a shed was broken into and 2 balance bikes were stolen. These have since been recovered however we are appealing to try and identify any potential suspects involved.

Did you or anyone who you live with, hear or see anything around the above time and date?

Do you have any CCTV coverage capturing the burglary, or anything happening on the street before or after?

Do you have a vehicle with a dash-cam parked in the area?

Security Advice

Ensure that all doors are locked overnight, and windows are locked or on a latch.

Remove any valuables from sight and it is advisable to keep house/cars key, wallets/purses, phones/laptops/tablets in the room where you sleep.
