Suspicious vehicle

We are investigating a suspicious incident which has been reported to us. It happened at 4pm on Thursday 11th December on Moor End Lane/No Man's Moor Lane, Newton le Willows Bedale, What 3 Words, TISSUE.CONSOLES.TRIM. An old  Green Land Rover was parked with a newer Nugent Cattle Trailer, the registration numbers for the vehicle or Trailer did not match nor are they correct for the vehicles sighted. Are you missing a cattle trailer that you may not yet have noticed missing ? Please check.
