Damage to Carlton Village Christmas Tree

Between 1715hrs on 5th December and 2000hrs on 7th December, damage is reported to have been caused to Carlton village Christmas tree which is situated on the High Street. It is reported that the top section of the tree and a supporting post beside it both appear to have been deliberately cut and the section of tree left hanging.
