Threatening behaviour - Mowbray Place / Belgrave Terrace

We are investigating an altercation between two males which has been reported to us. It happened at 8:25 am on Wednesday 15 October 2025 between Mowbray Place and Belgrave Terrace.

A male has threatened another male due to the flying of Union Jack Flags on lampposts and the attempts made to remove them.
