Police are investigating the Theft of GPS equipment stolen from tractors overnight in the Sinnington area between 1830 hrs on the 7th of July 2025 and 0600 hrs on the 8th of July 2025.

We are appealing for anyone with any information, CCTV or dash cam footage of any suspicious activity in the area and specifically near to farms such as vehicles parked up in unusual places or persons who may look out of place or acting  suspiciously and any information regarding any persons who have  been engaged with in farmyards who would not usually be expected.

Please be reminded that this is a seasonal crime, and we are right in the middle of it. Please be reminded to remove GPS kit overnight or when not in use. We appreciate this may be difficult, but if the kit needs to stay on a vehicle, please take appropriate steps to prevent the theft for example consider alarms, beam sensors and lighting.
