Between 1/07/25 and 4/07/25, three sheds were broken into, all sheds are located at one property on Main Street in Kellington. 

The plastic sheds are situated at the rear of the property and the locks are reported to have been drilled on each but then the doors broken to gain entry. 

Ladders have been found at the location and it is suspected that offender(s) used them to climb over the garage roof to gain access to the rear of the property.

It is unconfirmed at this time, what, if anything has been stolen.

Overnight from 3/07/25 to 4/07/25, it was reported that a bicycle has been stolen from the garden of a property on Barrington Garth, Kellington.

The cycle is described as a Riverside 500 hybrid bike with a grey frame and with red detail, it was stolen with the lock from the rear garden.

Ensure all tools and implements are locked away, they can act as enablers to criminals. Think of your garden security as the first line of defence against intruders for your home. Use good quality locks on gates and make sure fences are high enough to out off intruders. Fit alarms to garages and sheds and don’t leave valuables on display.

Large items, such as bikes, should be chained together as well as being locked to a secure fixture. Most DIY shops sell heavy duty security brackets that can be bolted into garage floors or walls, or secured to sheds.
