Dear Resident just a little update for individuals charged this week with offences relating to Crime in York City Centre:-

A 28 year old Female charged with 3 X Shop Theft from stealing a staggering £2,127 worth of Perfume from 3 Shops in January. 

One of our prolific shoplifters, a 41 year old Male charged with stealing Coffee & Moisturiser from a City Centre Supermarket in January.

A 52 year old Male charged with Actual Bodily Harm following a violent incident on Ouse Bridge at the end of April.

One of our well-known Drinkers, a 37 year old Male charged with Drunk & Disorderly & Assault Emergency Worker towards the end of May.

Last but not least… a 50 year old Male, well known to Police, charged with stealing £143 worth of Lamb in the City Centre end of May
