I just wanted to respond to the points raised in your email.

A planning meeting has been held with the Police and Parish Councils to relating the travelling community that with pass through Craven.  I believe additional meetings will take place to try minimise the disruption that this may cause. 

Dog fouling is a common complaint, however, this is dealt with by the North Yorkshire Council and not the Police. Incidents of dog fouling can be reported to NYC via this link. Dog fouling | North Yorkshire Council 

Speeding vehicles in also a common complaint and I understand your concerns with the use of large agricultural vehicles. The camera safety team regularly monitor traffic on the A65 in and out of Gargrave. If there are other locations that cause you concern please let me know and I will see if there is any scope for that road to be monitored.
