I just wanted to drop you a message following a very busy night in Scarborough last night. 

We were called to the Old Town several times following reports of anti-social behaviour and violent acts, which resulted in a couple of arrests and people being dispersed from the location. 

Investigations are ongoing in relation to the incidents, and we have recovered weapons not only from those involved, but items discarded within the community. 

The multi-agency team at the Community Safety Hub are aware of the incidents and you will see an increase in multi-agency visits and patrols ,which will also include the housing officers from the social housing organisations.
